Which orders are eligible for the 3-year warranty?
This 3-year warranty program is available only for eligible VEGER products purchased through Amazon. Orders placed through the VEGER website, other marketplaces, retail stores, distributors, or other sales channels are not eligible for this specific warranty extension.
Does subscribing to the VEGER newsletter automatically activate the warranty?
No. Subscribing through another page, newsletter popup, checkout form, event page, or any other marketing channel does not automatically activate the 3-year warranty. The warranty is activated only after the registration form on this page has been successfully completed and submitted.
When does my 3-year warranty begin?
Your 3-year warranty begins on the purchase date. The registration submission stored in our system will be used to verify the activation date.
How will I know that my warranty has been activated?
After the form has been successfully submitted, a warranty activation confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided in the form. Please keep this email for your records.
What if I do not receive the confirmation email?
Please check your spam, junk, and promotions folders first. If you still cannot find the email, contact VEGER Support using the same email address entered in the registration form. We can verify your registration through the submission record stored in our system.
Is newsletter subscription required?
Yes. Newsletter subscription is a required condition of this complimentary 3-year warranty program. You must agree to subscribe when completing this registration form before the warranty can be activated.
Do I need to remain subscribed after activating the warranty?
Yes. You must maintain an active VEGER newsletter subscription throughout the 3-year warranty period. If you unsubscribe, you will no longer meet the eligibility requirements for continued 3-year warranty coverage.
What information do I need to register my product?
You will need your Amazon order number, VEGER product information, purchase date, and a valid email address. Please make sure all submitted information is complete and accurate.
Do I need to register each product separately?
Yes. Please submit a separate registration form for each VEGER product you would like to cover, including multiple products purchased within the same Amazon order.
Does registration replace my Amazon proof of purchase?
No. Please retain your Amazon order confirmation, receipt, or invoice. Valid proof of purchase may still be required when submitting a warranty claim, even if your product has already been registered.
What if my product was purchased through another channel?
Products purchased outside Amazon are not eligible for this 3-year warranty registration program. They may still be covered by the standard warranty terms applicable to their original purchase channel.
Can I transfer the registered warranty to another person?
No. The registered warranty is associated with the original Amazon purchase, the registered product, and the email address used to submit the form. It cannot be transferred to another customer or another product.
How do I submit a warranty claim?
Contact VEGER Support using the email address associated with your warranty registration. Please provide your Amazon order number, product information, a description of the issue, and any photos or videos requested by our support team.
Registration is available only for eligible VEGER products purchased through Amazon and submitted through this page. Product registration does not replace valid proof of purchase. Coverage, exclusions, claim requirements, and other limitations remain subject to the VEGER Warranty Policy .
